Current Rental Term and Conditions

The terms below outline the contract between Joyful Luxury Events and customer who requests services. Customers must read, understand and agree to the below terms prior to the date of their event rental. Payment of the deposit serves as an agreement to the terms. Date and time of rental is not reserved until contract is agreed to and non-refundable deposit is paid in full.

1) Joyful Luxury Events requires an upfront, non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before the start of your party. 

2) Cancellations must be made seven (7) days before the scheduled party. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the total party. Joyful Luxury Events will not refund any cancellations; events must be rescheduled. Rescheduling less than 7 days before your event will result in a $50 charge. 

3) Due to the unpredictable North Dakota weather, if the weather forecast predicts a 50% chance of rain or more on the day of the event, then we will provide an opportunity for you to move your party to an indoor alternative location that you provide or to reschedule the picnic. There will be NO REFUNDS. 

4) No PETS allowed. We are sorry, but due to allergens and accidents, it’s a no. We do love furry friends, but for the time being, we are not allowing them for our outdoor luxury picnics.
